Collins C. Rossi

Collins C. Rossi has been a practicing attorney for the last 22 years and a sole practitioner for the last seven years. Prior to practicing law Mr. Rossi served as a judicial clerk for an Administrative Law Judge with the United States Department of Labor which office administered claims under the Longshore and Harbor Workers Compensation Act. His practice has been varied and has included the areas of personal injury, insurance defense, workers’ compensation, maritime law, employment discrimination and civil rights. He is also a member of the Advisory Board of the Loyola School of Law Annual Longshore Conference. He received his undergraduate degree in 1979 from Spring Hill College and his JD degree in 1982 from Loyola University. He has spoken at various seminars regarding workers’ compensation and employment related matters. His extensive and varied practice have provided him with a solid foundation to serve as a qualified mediator.
